No. Only a new installation starts at Elephant Valley with a one-time welcome. Later launches and app updates restore your last location, Mandelbrot or Julia state, palette, contrast, iterations, and 3D Look. Home returns to the classic Mandelbrot overview; Back restores the previous view and settings.
